Havana and Trinidad: A Cultural Portrait of Cuba Through Its Boutique Hotels

Cuba is a country that arrives through the senses before it arrives through the guidebook. It is the sound of a trumpet spilling from an open window, the smell of coffee and cigar smoke on a warm street, the sight of a 1950s car the colour of a boiled sweet idling under a colonnade.
