Monumental interiors, secluded courtyards and tropical gardens unfold across a restored 19th-century residence reserved entirely for one group at a time. Light moves dramatically through ceilings rising more than six metres above original mosaic floors, exposed stone and meticulously restored woodwork. Contemporary Mexican art and sculptural furnishings bring a bold new language to the architecture, creating spaces that honour Mérida’s past without feeling preserved in it. Six individually designed suites give the residence its intimate character, each with a distinct identity, a private en-suite bathroom and complete privacy. Accommodating up to 14 guests, the mansion unfolds through salons, shaded passageways, terraces and garden rooms, creating a natural flow between shared moments and quieter retreats while remaining both grand and deeply personal.
