Driving in Sóller's historic center can be challenging due to narrow streets and limited parking. L'Avenida Hotel does not offer private parking; however, public parking is available nearby for €9 per day and cannot be reserved. Street parking is also an option.

I cannot say enough good about this property! Matthew and his staff did a wonderful job of making us feel right at home from the very start. The property is lovely with well-appointed rooms, a great pool, excellent breakfast, good wine, and just a generally pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. Matthew helped us figure out where to park and educated us so we didn't receive any tickets. He also provided lots of good advice regarding Mallorca. The price was extremely fair for the value we received and I can't wait to stay here again.
This hotel is perfect. The room we stayed in was huge and beautiful. It was sound proofed really well so you couldn’t hear anything on the street despite it being close to downtown Sóller. The spread at breakfast was really good and they have a small menu to order off of as well. The pool is the perfect size for the hotel with lounge chairs for pretty much all guests!! Definitely recommend staying here.
Such a gem of a hotel. We stayed in Room 3, which was amazing. Spacious and well-appointed. Service was personal and super friendly. Very close to the central square without being too busy. Beware of the parking situation. There is no hotel parking so you must drop off your things (quickly) and find a spot in town. The hotel staff will give you some pointers if you contact them in advance.
The hotel room and public areas were absolutely lovely. The air conditioning cooled the room effectively, even in the heat. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, and the service was friendly. The pool area was wonderful—I loved every moment there. The only slight downside was the noise from the street and the nearby daycare center.
