This is a wonderful inn that I can highly recommend. The space has been thoughtfully renovated , rooms are spacious , staff all go out of their way to provide the best service, and the breakfast is not to be missed. 3-story building includes an elevator . The location can't be beat also. When in Palma, you should be staying here!
I enjoyed our stay here. I was looking for a boutique hotel in the heart of the city and this delivered. Amazing service, especially by Hugo. He made our vacation easy by helping us find the parking. Walking with us to show us how to get back to the hotel, and always presses the elevator when he sees us coming back into the hotel, so it is ready to take us back up. The little things count.
