If I could give Voya Hotel Boutique more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. In the current difficult circumstances in Cuba, Voya truly feels like an oasis in the desert. While power outages are unfortunately a reality in many parts of the country, I never experienced a single outage during my stay. The rooms remained cool with uninterrupted air conditioning at all times—something that has become a real luxury in Cuba today. The food was consistently delicious, and the service was exceptional. Every member of the staff was kind, attentive, and genuinely committed to making guests feel comfortable. What made my stay truly unforgettable, however, was the compassion they showed me during a difficult family situation. They went above and beyond with thoughtful gestures and sincere care that I will never forget. I never felt like I was staying at a hotel—I felt like I was in my own home, surrounded by people who truly cared. Voya Hotel Boutique is much more than a beautiful place to stay. It is a place where hospitality comes from the heart. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Havana and look forward to returning.
Perfect hotel, absolutely amazing staff, absolutely faultless. Their communication and help with any questions/queries was so good. Great food in the restaurant. Internet is really fast and unaffected by the power issues affecting Cuba right now. Would be delighted to return one day!
Hemos estado por tres días en este hermoso hotel y nos hemos quedado super satisfechos del buen servicio que ofrecéis . Desde las chicas del front desk que son muy corteses y profesionales . Atentas al mínimo detalle por complacer al cliente, los camareros , porteros , los chicos del bar. Inclusive hemos tenido la oportunidad de conocer a Javier el dueño y la verdad que muy pendiente del disfrute de sus huéspedes. Se disfruta a tope de todas las estancias , la tranquilidad a la hora de dormir , el tamaño de las camas super bien .El desayuno un 10/10 . El servicio de habitaciones funciona genial. La limpieza de habitaciones y del hotel excelentes. Un ambiente formidable en general . Muchas gracias por los días que nos habéis hecho pasar . Sin dudas , repetiremos . Nuestra recomendación a todo el que quiera disfrutar del Voya Boutique Hotel un 100/100 .
El lugar es hermoso, dos casas antiguas restauradas que conservan muchos detalles originales, lo hace un lugar único. Todo el personal es muy atento y dispuesto a ayudarte con cualquier contratiempo. Comimos muchas veces en el restaurante porque la comida es deliciosa y hay variedad de platillos. A pesar de los apagones siempre tuvimos electricidad e internet, lo que era importante para nosotros porque íbamos en un viaje de trabajo. Me hospedaría aquí de nuevo sin dudarlo.
