We stayed at AS Boutique residence during our stay in Havana and we had a wonderful experience. Andre and his staff are very helpful and attentive, the included breakfast is delicious and the coffee is fantastic. The room was nice, spacious and very clean. Everything is very tastefully designed. Much better value than the larger luxury hotels in the main square. I would definitely stay here again.
My wife and I just returned from Cuba after spending four days in the Penthouse Suite of the beautiful A|S Boutique Residence. If you are planning a trip to Old Havana this is absolutely the place to stay! The co-owner of the property, Andre Visser, has created an enclave that's an absolute masterpiece in the heart of Old Havana. Calling it a boutique hotel doesn’t do it justice; it's an entire experience! Andre was extremely communicative ahead of our trip and was a pleasure to get to know once we arrived. Alive and Nelson on his staff were friendly, welcoming, and always going above and beyond to ensure our stay was a pleasant one. They made our trip all the more special, always happy to help and greeting us with genuine smiles. This property is appointed with everything: stunning art, wonderful food, cigars & rum, a vibrant and authentic location, cold air conditioning, a hot shower, and a first class staff! Five well deserved stars!
I just celebrated my 55th birthday in Cuba. It was my first time there. And thanks to A/S Boutique Residence and their staff it will not be my last. We really don't know where we should stay. But decided because it was my first time in Cuba, we should experience the heart and soul of the very colorful old city. We wanted to see the g Nitty gritty. And I am so glad we did. Because A/S was like Sunflowers peeking out from the ashes. From the time my husband and arrived, we were treated like royalty. They saw to our every need. I really can't sing their praises enough!! The accommodations are top tier. I mean absolutely stunning!! I have traveled to over 109 countries and this place stands out as one of the best in every category. The breakfast is Michelin star level. Every dietary need I had they accommodated with fresh, in season, organic fare. All of my activities were suggested and arranged by them. They even completed my itinerary with some of the best restaurants Havana has to offer. They anticipated my every desire. They are pros in taking care of the little things and paying attention to every detail. THIS IS WHERE THEY EXCEL. The staff was warm, professional and knowledgeable. Of course I would like to think that because I'm so very special, I was treated this way. But I am sure every guest receives this royal treatment!! A/S I want you to know that I am extremely grateful. Thank you so much for everything You will forever have a special place in my heart and I will always stay at A/S whenever I'm in Havana. Folks don't hesitate to book here. You will be blown away by their excellence. This place will exceed your expectations.
