Reviews
We absolutely loved our stay at The Plymouth South Beach! It is a beautiful boutique hotel, excellently located and beautifully decorated, reminding us of the glamour of a bygone era, with an exceptional staff. We received endless help and attention from the Recreational Manager, Ana Fandino, who welcomed us with her beauty, kindness, and warmth, leaving us with a wonderful feeling of well-being and truly being welcome. She made us feel at home and made us want to come back. And we will!
Hanging out by the pool with the special care from Ana and Andre’s feels like a true escape. The pool is beautifully maintained, peaceful, and serene. From the frozen grapes and cold towels to the warm smiles and attentive service, every detail makes you feel completely spoiled. A little slice of heaven.
Awesome service
I come to Miami every year during the summer and Plymouth is the place to stay! I have noticed the little updates that they have done at the hotel especially the pink cushions on the lounge chairs at the pool and new items on their seasons cafe menu. The front desk staff was amazing as always and I shared with them that I noticed an odd man always hanging around the cafe. I provided a description and management took my feedback serious and investigated. The manager obviously did something because low and behold this "GUY" wrote a review about the manager and isn't even a hotel guest! Like who just sits there the entire time the cafe is open, doesn't even work there and isn't a guest and stares at people. Dear Mr. Luis you need to find a starbucks to go sit at and stare at people there, or go to a public space and not a private property to entertain you odd and quite frankly inappropriate habits. You made me and other hotel guests feel very uncomfortable. Thank you to the manager "Yanet" for taking my feedback seriously and caring about the real hotel guests.
