I had a wonderful six-day stay! Griselda did an amazing job keeping my room spotless and fully stocked every day. I truly appreciated coming back to a clean and comfortable room. The entire staff was amazing, from the front desk to everyone I interacted with. Miguel was always friendly and helpful, recommending great places to eat and sharing useful tips. I had an issue with the AC, and the front desk immediately sent an engineer. When it couldn’t be fixed, they moved me to another room right away. Great service and a great staff. Thank you, Griselda, Miguel, and the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable!
