We had a lovely stay at Delek. The staff were exceptional from the moment we got there. We received a free room upgrade that was decorated beautifully with a "Happy Birthday" banner and a cake sculpted from towels upon our arrival (we were visiting around my birthday) which was incredibly thoughtful. On top of this the room itself was incredible. Cleverly decorated and very spacious. Throughout our stay the sargasm (seaweed) on the hotel beach was very heavy, however the hotel does its best to clear it away each morning. Despite not being able to swim in the sea during our short stay, the beach-side pool and facilities were stunning and the staff did offer alternative experiences as a work around, although with the beach being so beautiful, we elected to spend our time at the hotel regardless! A small highlight for us was complementary tea, coffee and a light breakfast brought to our room each morning and left out on the balcony at a pre-agreed upon time. This small act is just one of the many ways the staff were so well accommodating. We are very thankful to Abigail and the rest of the Delek staff for our stay and would highly recommend Delek if you’re looking for a beautiful beach-front hotel experience!
I stayed at Delek Tulum in January and had an absolutely amazing experience. The property is surrounded by beautiful nature, creating such a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The service was exceptional—everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Most importantly, I felt safe throughout my entire stay, which made it easy to fully enjoy the experience. If you’re looking for a place to unwind, reconnect with nature, and receive top-notch hospitality, I highly recommend Delek Tulum. I can’t wait to come back!

As a solo traveler, I cannot recommend Delek Tulum enough. I felt 100% safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for throughout my entire stay. Traveling alone can sometimes feel intimidating, but this property provided the perfect balance of peaceful solitude and heartfelt hospitality.
