This was our third stay at Hotel Firefly in Zermatt, and once again, we had an amazing experience. We stayed as a family of five, including our 6-year-old, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The hotel has a wonderful atmosphere, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Their hospitality really made us feel at home. The fact that we keep coming back says it all. Hotel Firefly has become one of our favorite places to stay in Zermatt, and we are already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommended, especially for families!
Wow! This is one of the cutest small boutique hotels we’ve ever stayed at, and it is truly unique! We called the hotel while we were arriving by train and requested a shuttle. As soon as we arrived at the train station, the hotel called to let us know that the shuttle was waiting for us. They picked us up and brought us directly to the hotel. When we arrived, one staff member immediately took care of our luggage and brought it to our room, while another gave us a tour of the hotel. The customer service was exceptional from the moment we arrived! The hotel has a beautiful spa area with an indoor swimming pool, hot tub, cold plunge, and sauna. Everything looked so relaxing and inviting. The lobby is cute and cozy, and there is also an entertainment room with a pool table and a small bar area. The decor throughout the hotel is so unique and charming. Even the elevator is lined with fur! Our room was modern, spacious, and beautifully appointed, with so much attention to detail. Every little touch, from the knobs to the premium toilet paper, showed how much thought went into the design. Breakfast was included with our stay, and they brought it up to our room every morning and set up the table with a beautiful white tablecloth. There were quite a few breakfast options to choose from, and everything we tried was delicious. The eggs and bread were especially good, and the coffee was right on point! We had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated how accommodating and attentive the staff were. It was obvious that everyone was genuinely trying their best to make sure we had an enjoyable and memorable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zermatt. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely come back!
Wahnsinnig gut. War jetzt schon paar mal in Zermatt Unna diese Unterkunft war ganz klar die beste. :)
