Beautiful, elegant, and superbly comfortable hideaway in the heart of Como’s walled city. I don’t usually write reviews but we were so impressed by everything that I felt like I needed to: the welcome, the crisp and cozy linens (Frette!), the breakfast, and the beautiful fixtures and furniture throughout.
An absolutely stunning hotel. Tucked away down a side street, away from the passing tourists - but still close to all the action - the Palazzo Albricci Peregrini is an oasis of calm. We were warmly greeted on arrival with lots of helpful tips on how to get the most of our long weekend in Como. The building and rooms are incredible. It was in the high 30s C during our visit, and so it was nice to know we had the air con of our luxurious suite to escape to. The breakfasts are truly amazing. A multi course banquet with so many flavours and home made treats. The hotel staff were very helpful in arranging excursions and restaurants, with regular updates on WhatsApp throughout. A highlight of the trip must be the private boat tour. We have great memories of such a wonderful weekend and wouldn’t hesitate to come back to the Palazzo when we’re next in town.
This hotel is amazing. At breakfast they serve you an amazing 7 course meal. Honestly, it feels like more than that because they have extras and so many options. The rooms were beautiful. Everything is clean and maintained so well. I literally wanted to extend our stay in Como, partially because I love this hotel. The staff are amazing as well. The receptionist is so sweet and helped us book certain things. She was also very informative. The hotel itself is in the perfect location. Its quiet area is central to everything. I literally could keep going. It was fantastic!
