We absolutely loved our stay here! The location is super convenient — very close to the Majorelle Gardens and the main souks, but at the same time not too deep inside the Medina. This makes getting around much easier, especially if you need a taxi or other car transportation. The neighbourhood also felt very safe and pleasantly local, rather than being completely touristy. The staff were incredibly welcoming and the communication was excellent from the beginning. They explained everything clearly and gave us great recommendations that helped us plan our days in Marrakech. They even organised our transfer to the airport in the middle of the night, which we really appreciated. The pool was amazing and honestly exactly what we needed after long, hot and dusty days exploring the city 😄 There is also a lovely rooftop terrace with sunbeds where you can relax. The riad itself is beautiful — the design and interiors are stunning and very photogenic, with so many lovely details. Even the cosmetics and toiletries they use were so good that we actually went looking for the same ones in the city to buy for ourselves! Overall, a beautiful, comfortable and very well-located place with wonderful hospitality. We would definitely recommend it! Thank you Hamza and the Team! ❤️
We both had the best Riad experience at Riad Botanica. Mohamed and the team looked after us from the moment we arrived and really helped us get the most out of our trip to Marrakech. The riad itself was extremely peaceful and a great get away from being right in the middle of the Medina. Breakfast was made fresh to serve every morning. Mohamed also helped us to organise everything we wanted to do from day trips, where to eat to airport transfers. Highly recommend!
A truly wonderful stay at Riad Botanica. It’s relaxed, beautiful, simple and very calm away from the Medina bustle. I’d highly recommend if you’d like a chill place to stay for a couple of nights. I also enjoyed the thoughtful touches like fresh orange juice, tea in the room, and attentive team
This Riad is truly a gem and a pleasure to stay at. Communication with the staff from beginning to end was exceptional. Angela, and her husband have created a true gem. They truly went above and beyond to answer any and all questions and help arrange our itenerary. Amine, Hamza and the ladies tending the riad were so kind and generous in their hospitality. They kindly helped to arrange meals, transportation, tour guides, literally anything we needed, with such willing hearts. Its truly feels like a family establishment where you are immediately welcomed and cared for. The architecture and decor is thoughtful and well maintained. The food is amazing. Out first dinner was so delightfully SPECTACULAR! The included breakfast is delicious and generous. They catered to our dietary preferences. The rooms are beautiful, clean, and well outfitted with everything you need. The riad is in a very quiet, safe area. Its a short walk to the main roads of the medina where there is vehicle access. We returned late at night several times, and felt perfectly safe, as 4 women navigating for ourselves. Many times the staff walked us to the main road to keep us from getting lost or arranged for drivers and guides to pick us up at the riad. I so very highly recommend this lovely place and we look forward to returning soon!
