Tierra Patagonia Hotel & Spa, Torres del Paine, Chile

Tierra Patagonia Hotel & Spa

A quiet design refuge in the wilds of Chile
On the wild edge of Torres del Paine National Park, Tierra Patagonia rises from the landscape like a shape carved by wind and time. Its flowing wooden lines blend into the steppe, overlooking Lake Sarmiento and the dramatic Paine peaks, a quiet, design-led retreat immersed in the raw beauty of Patagonia.
Inside, the atmosphere is warm and calm. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the vast horizon, while natural woods and soft textures create a sense of shelter after a day outdoors. Everything feels intentional and understated, letting the landscape remain the real centrepiece.
Rooms continue this gentle simplicity. Each one opens to the Patagonian panorama with changing skies, early sunrises and silhouettes of wildlife crossing the steppe. Suites add more space and privacy, while interconnected Superior rooms work well for families. The Uma Spa offers a slow contrast to the elements with its heated indoor pool facing the mountains, an outdoor Jacuzzi and treatments inspired by local rituals.

Reviews
I'm late to post this as I was there in 2019 fall. But it remains one of the best hotels I've ever experienced. I don't like to pampered but they did it in such a way that you felt like family and yet they took excellent care of you. The food, the rooms, the excursions. It's pricey... but worth it!! One of the few places I would go back to mainly for the hotel! Excellent!!
One of the best hotels in the world. We enjoyed the location, staff and cuisine.
Tierra Patagonia is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. My husband and I stayed here for part of our honeymoon and I can’t recommend it enough. The architecture, the views, the staff, the food and drinks, the excursions, the amenities.. I could go on and on. Everywhere after Tierra doesn’t quite measure up. We’ll never forget our stay here.
