Reviews
Amazing rooms and dining try the soaking tub!
We were very impressed by the hotel, including the pre-check in options, which we took advantage of a floral arrangement. The room was great, with wonderful tile work in the bathroom and great shower products and all necessary toiletries available. We also had a room with a private terrace which I would strongly recommend. Staff was kind, courteous and attentive. Will return to this hotel. Location was great for our needs.
This is my second review of The Ludlow. It’s my favorite in NYC! The rooms are comfortable, stylish, and roomy for NYC - everything feels special and intentional. The beds and linens are comfy and crisp. Dirty French has the BEST burger in town and the staff is always warm, welcoming, professional, and willing to help make your stay wonderful. Can’t wait to come back!
We checked out of The Ludlow after a really enjoyable stay and wanted to take a moment to recognise the team. The staff were consistently polite, friendly and attentive throughout our stay. What stood out was how genuine and down to earth everyone was. They were always happy to help, whether it was with recommendations, arranging things around the hotel or simply making sure we were looked after. The team also handled a room change for us extremely well, which made the whole process seamless and made our stay even more memorable. When it started raining and we did not have umbrellas, Omar came out of the hotel to bring us some. Small touches like that make a real difference and show the level of care your team has for its guests. A special mention has to go to Omar, who was brilliant. His customer service was exceptional and he was genuinely a great guy. He made my wife and me feel very welcome and went out of his way to make our stay special. It was also my wife’s birthday while we were there, and the team kindly arranged a bottle of champagne and a card, which was a really nice touch. I also want to mention the doorman and bellman who helped us with our luggage. I unfortunately did not catch his name, but he was quite tall and was extremely helpful on the day we checked out. He looked after our belongings while we were away and made sure everything was taken care of until we returned. Please pass on our thanks to him as well. Omar will know who he is, as he was going to arrange a taxi for us to the airport. Overall, it was a great experience and a real credit to the team at The Ludlow. I hope management recognise the staff, particularly Omar and the team on the front door, because their attitude and level of service really stood out. We would definitely stay again.
