A true oasis in the city enter. Wonderful intimate boutique hotel. As soon as you step into the hotel, they make you feel welcomed. Bags appear in the room. Reception has a lovely lounge area you can relax in as you await to be helped. They provided a plug adapter for my use. Rooms and beds are comfy. Great shower. Location is amazing. Metro station is across the street. In walking distance of everything. Made seeing Madrid so perfect. Will be the only place I stay when I visit Madrid!
