How to get there
Set in the historic centre of Castelrotto, having a car is convenient for exploring Alpe di Siusi, the Sciliar-Catinaccio Nature Park and the surrounding villages of the Dolomites. However, the Südtirol Guest Pass also allows guests to travel throughout South Tyrol by public transport. Free private parking is available on site and no reservation is required. Two electric vehicle charging stations are also available for an additional fee.

Siamo stati in vacanza 5 notti, com mezza pensione, ci siamo trovati molto bene, come camere letti confortevoli, stanza grande e bagno , tutto pulito. Colazione abbondante e ottima come pure la cena. Personale gentile, e sempre disponibile. L' albergo è vicino alla fermata del bus, 1km dal treno e ha a disposizione ottime bici. La piscina è piccola ma si può nuotare e si può fare la sauna. La val Venosta é ricca di possibilità di camminate , bici e molto altro. Torneremo sicuramente
Accueil et service attentionnés et efficace. Bel hôtel, élégant, moderne, où tout est impeccable et épuré. Jolies et grandes chambres très bien insonorisées. Belle piscine où l'on peut réellement nager et coin relax. Nous mettons deux points en avant: 1) La cuisine excellente et créative accompagné d'un service à table de haut niveau. Une mention spéciale pour le maître d'hôtel, gentillesse, efficacité, écoute et un vrai chef d'orchestre. 2) Les activités offertes par l'hôtel dont le eMTB (VTT électrique). Nous avons essayé une journée, puis nous sommes revenus chaque jour faire un nouveau circuit de découverte avec le guide Andrea. Celui-ci nous a fait découvrir et aimer sa région, son pays. Le tour de la Sella Ronda a été un tour extraordinaire et mémorable, à ne surtout pas manquer! Un point à améliorer : le PDJ est bien mais sans plus, dans cette catégorie d'hôtel nous sommes habitués à plus de choix et de variétés. Par exemple, comme choix chauds c'est tous les jours et chaque jour le lard et les oeufs, pas de tomates cuites, etc. Je pense que c'est un point à améliorer. Autre point positif : il y a la possibilité de recharger sa voiture électrique à l'hôtel à un prix très compétitif. C'est appréciable car la région est sous équipée en matière de bornes.
Wir waren zum zweiten Mal hier, diesmal für 7 Tage und es hat uns erneut sehr gut gefallen. Die Einrichtung ist modern, das ganze Haus super sauber, die Hotelmitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Unser Zimmer war zwar etwas dunkel, aber genauso makellos sauber wie der Rest. Der Balkon ging in unserem Fall zu einem Innenhof mit vielen weiteren Balkonen, dadurch wurde es teilweise etwas lauter, was man bei der zentralen Lage aber einplanen sollte, wir hatten bei unserem ersten Aufenthalt dennoch mehr Glück mit einer Loggia Richtung Dorfplatz. Statt klassischer Klimaanlage gibt's im Zimmer eine Bioklimaanlage, wodurch es bei hohen Außentemperaturen im Zimmer schon warm werden kann. Der Wellnessbereich ist schön und sauber, das Essen durchweg sehr lecker und von hoher Qualität. Kritikpunkte: Beim Frühstücks- und Salatbuffet gab's kaum Abwechslung, nach einer Woche wurde das etwas eintönig. Der Service und die Freundlichkeit im dazugehörigen Café/Bar des Hotels waren leider teilweise nicht so gut wie im Hotel selbst, wir mussten sehr lange warten und hatten teilweise den Eindruck ignoriert zu werden, das war etwas schade. Kastelruth selbst ist wirklich schön und ein super Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, zum Beispiel auf die Seiser Alm. Wir wurden im Hotel sehr gut informiert und haben den Südtirol Guest Pass unkompliziert direkt digital per E-Mail bekommen. Insgesamt hat es uns sehr gut gefallen, wir kommen gerne wieder!
