A treetop retreat above Brixen shaped by forest light and Dolomite views

Set high on the wooded slopes of the Plose, My Arbor rises above Brixen with its timber-clad form lifted among the trees. Bold in silhouette yet deeply connected to the landscape, the architecture uses height, glass and natural materials to keep the forest, the valley and the mountain horizon constantly within view. Reserved exclusively for guests aged 16 and over, the hotel creates an immediate sense of distance from everyday life without ever feeling disconnected from its surroundings.

Inside, the suites allow the scenery to lead the experience. Panoramic windows, warm timber and private balconies or terraces frame the Eisack Valley and the surrounding mountains, while the interiors remain tactile, calm and beautifully understated. The Treetop Suites take this feeling even further, with 100 square metres of space, south-facing terraces, private outdoor whirlpools and their own saunas high among the branches. Nothing feels overly decorated; the atmosphere is shaped instead by texture, space and the changing light beyond the glass.

Days here unfold without a strict timetable. Breakfast continues until noon, the slopes of the Plose open the door to hiking and skiing, and the hotel’s programme brings movement, nature and quieter forms of restoration into the stay. Slower hours are spent in warm water, on a terrace or inside one of the outdoor cuddle nests, watching the colours of the valley shift throughout the day. The experience feels restorative without becoming overly structured.
