Suites feature luxurious Durelan mattresses, freestanding bathtubs, and private terraces with sweeping sunset views. With no televisions and a focus on slow living, the atmosphere invites deep rest and reconnection.
Days begin with a generous à la carte breakfast on the shaded veranda, and guests can request light gourmet lunches made with produce from the garden. Evenings start with aperitifs served in the garden from 6 to 8 pm, a moment to unwind and savor the rhythm of southern life.

Don Totu is a unique and beautiful place to stay, with outstanding and extensive gardens, a large pool and plenty of wonderful places to relax. Our room was absolutely lovely, very comfortable and spacious. The most fantastic thing about Don Toto is the staff who are so helpful and go out of their way to make it a special place to stay. The breakfasts were first class and we enjoyed yoga each morning. Ice cream in the afternoon and cocktails early evening are very welcome! We highly recommend Don Totu for a relaxing and special place to stay
Absolutely lovely place. Service from the Don Totu team is what makes it extra worthwhile. You’ve got a very private feel to the property as it’s quite large and only six rooms. It’s the sort of place I’d come back to. Also close to Otranto which is our fav coastal town that we’ve been to in Puglia.
We had a 3x night stay at the Don Totu during our trip across Puglia and honestly I wish it was for the whole week, everything from the staff, to the communication to the offerings was simply superb, there is no faults. Quiet understated luxury hidden away - we will definitley be back and would highly recommend
