Quel séjour merveilleux ! Si vous recherchez un endroit calme et ressourçant, dans les terres bordées d’oliviers centenaires, où chaque détail a son importance alors tout est fait pour que vous soyez heureux et que vous vous sentiez très bien à la Masseria Le Torri. Du petit déjeuner chaque jour différent avec des produits frais et servi par Anna (en plus d’une carte élaborée chaque jour par le cuisinier) aux renseignements et à l’aide pour charger la voiture d’Andrea et de la demoiselle à la réception dont j’ai malheureusement oublié le nom, pardon, aux conseils et services avisés de Silvana et Mimo (les propriétaires si attentionnés dont le cour de fabrication des pâtes, tarallis…nous restera gravé à vie, grazie mille) et au technicien.Domenico qui nous a orientés sur une fabrique de céramiques fabuleuse de Trelizzi. Des chambres décorées avec beaucoup de goût, draps et serviettes changées tous les jours dont un petit mot délicat déposé sur le lit avec des branches ou fleurs végétales, sur un site extrêmement bien entretenu avec une piscine délicieuse. Bravo à toute l’équipe qui nous a pris en charge avec grand soin. Ce fut un séjour tellement agréable grâce à vous et tout votre travail si délicat. Belle saison à vous et merci de prendre autant soin de vos clients pour sublimer leur séjour dans cette si belle partie de l’Italie qu’est les Pouilles.
This is a very very special place. The owners Sylvana & Nemo are amazing. They have preserved the history of the place while making it luxurious and comfortable. The food is outstanding. The service from Giancarlo and others was terrific. Would 100% recommend. Would 100% return for a stay. Super practical location, less than 10 min drive to main town.
We are mesmerized by the beauty of this hotel, it’s location, interier design and spectacular food! When arriving you truly feel you are entering a different world. We did not want to leave. Dinner, with the wonderful service of Gianmarco, was spectacular too. Everything so fresh and delicious and they make and serve their own olive oil. I can not recommend this hotel and restaurant enough.

Nestled among olive groves and the peaceful countryside of Salento, it captures everything I love about Puglia — authenticity, beauty, simplicity, and warmth. The grounds are stunning without feeling overly polished. Lavender sways in the breeze, cats wander through the property, and the historic stone buildings glow beautifully in the southern Italian light. Every corner feels inviting and full of character. As someone who spends a lot of time at wedding venues, I was especially impressed by how naturally the spaces flow. The ceremony area is elegant and intimate, the courtyard is perfect for long dinners and celebrations, and the entire property feels private and relaxed. It creates the kind of atmosphere where guests instantly slow down and settle into the experience. The staff were wonderful throughout my visit — welcoming, attentive, and genuinely passionate about the venue. For couples dreaming of a wedding in Puglia, Masseria Le Torri offers something truly special. It feels less like a traditional venue and more like gathering your favourite people at a beautiful family estate in the Italian countryside.
