We have had the most amazing stay at Casa Monti! From the moment we arrived, the experience was completely faultless. The hotel itself is beautiful, but what truly made our stay so special was the exceptional staff. Everyone was incredibly warm, attentive and welcoming, and they genuinely made us feel at home throughout our stay. A special mention to the gentleman at reception who checked us in, the lovely gentleman who helped with our luggage, and all of the wonderful restaurant staff, every single one went above and beyond and made us feel so well looked after. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and the level of service was exceptional from start to finish. Casa Monti has such a special atmosphere, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience during our time in Rome.
