Posto incantevole, non potevamo fare scelta migliore. La camera top, idromassaggio sulla terrazza, vista wow. Ai Imerovigli e al Pegasus troverete il posto perfetto dove avere relax, vista stupenda, nessun affollamento, servizi e tramonti. Il Pegasus e il suo staff vi coccoleranno durante tutto il soggiorno soprattutto con il sorriso. We had such a wonderful and memorable stay at Pegasus Suites & Spa in Imerovigli, Santorini. From the moment we arrived, everything about the experience felt special. Imerovigli itself is absolutely beautiful—peaceful, quiet, and away from the busiest crowds, while still offering some of the most magical caldera views imaginable. Waking up to that scenery every morning was unforgettable. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and had its own private hot tub overlooking the incredible surroundings. On our last day, we were also very kindly upgraded, which was such a lovely surprise and the perfect way to end our stay. The service throughout the hotel was exceptional. Everyone was professional, warm, welcoming, and genuinely interested in making our stay as enjoyable as possible. The pool area was gorgeous, the food was excellent, and we especially loved the breakfasts. Having breakfast surrounded by the beauty of Santorini and the caldera was something we looked forward to every morning. A few people deserve a very special mention: Maria was absolutely wonderful. My baggage was delayed and didn’t arrive until about 24 hours after we did, and she was incredibly helpful during what could have been a very stressful situation. Throughout our entire stay, she continued to check on us and did everything she could to make our experience pleasant and comfortable. We truly appreciated her kindness. Claris was also fantastic. She was incredibly organized, attentive, kind, and always ready to help with anything we needed. She made everything feel effortless. Effie was equally warm and helpful and contributed so much to the welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. We really appreciated how genuinely kind everyone was. John was amazing with recommendations. He took the time to suggest restaurants, sightseeing spots, and places we should visit around Santorini. His recommendations helped us experience the island beyond the hotel and made our trip even more memorable. And finally, a very special thank you to Nishad, who took such wonderful care of us. We saw him regularly during breakfast, where he was always attentive and welcoming, and later at the bar beside the pool, where he continued to provide excellent service and great drinks. He was consistently friendly, professional, and thoughtful throughout our stay. What really stood out about Pegasus was that the hospitality felt genuine. The beautiful property and breathtaking views are reason enough to stay here, but it was the people who made the experience truly special. Thank you to the entire Pegasus team for making our time in Santorini so memorable. My partner and I left with wonderful memories and would absolutely recommend Pegasus Suites & Spa to anyone looking for a peaceful, romantic, and beautiful stay in Santorini.
