We arrived at Uzenie as Guests , however we left feeling like a part of the family. Outstanding hotel, very accommodating and welcoming. We arrived at around 4am and even though check in was meant to be much later the team done their best to help us feel welcome and relaxed and even allowed us to check in slightly earlier. The hotel manager personally came and welcomed us after check in. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. We had a private pool , the hotel has a very relaxed ambiance and the food was AMAZING. I genuinely can not find any fault. The best part of the hotel however , are the staff members. From the security team, the lobby staff , the waiting team and the chefs , they are all genuinely amazing , friendly and as I said before I felt a part of the family. Thank you all for making our honey moon that extra special.

Our stay at Uzenie Boutique Resort was literally wonderful in all aspects : Service, Hospitality, location, comfort, Food, Personnel, .. Communication with the reservation team (Anastasia & Agapi) was instantaneous and straightforward. I suggest booking directly with hotel and get rewarded with a surprise. Upon arrival we were greeted by , the hotel manager. It was a warm and welcoming reception making us feel immediately at home after a long trip. Lefterios, the food and beverage manager, as well as his team, are very friendly and professional. The food is delicious and everything was fresh. The hotel is located on a sand beach near the city of Rethymno. Great location enabling visits to nearby cities and places (Chaina, Balos, Southern part of island). Every night musicians would lively up the atmosphere during dinner. Isavella and the reception team went out of there way to book cruises or make reservations for us. A special thanks to everyone for making our vacation such a treat.
