Ο χώρος ήταν πραγματικά υπέροχος, πανέμορφος και πολύ όμορφα διαμορφωμένος, ενώ και το φαγητό ήταν εξαιρετικός!!! Παρόλο που ο καιρός δεν μας επέτρεψε να τα απολαύσουμε όλα όπως θα θέλαμε, περάσαμε πολύ όμορφα και σίγουρα άξιζε! Ελευθερία Σάρρου , θέλω πραγματικά να σου πω ένα τεράστιο ευχαριστώ για όλα!! Σε ευχαριστούμε θερμά για την άψογη εξυπηρέτηση, την ευγένεια και κυρίως για το ότι μας βοήθησες τόσο πολύ με την κράτηση και ήσουν δίπλα μας. We had an amazing stay at Aya Hotel in Ayia Napa. The hotel is beautiful, relaxing, very well maintained, and offers excellent facilities and service. A special thank you to Ramzi, who made our experience even better from the moment we arrived. He warmly welcomed us, helped arrange our early check-in, supported us with our luggage and room, and assisted with the hotel facilities, buggy service, and transportation. Throughout our stay, he was always friendly, professional, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. Ramzi’s genuine kindness and hospitality made us feel truly welcomed and well cared for. He is a wonderful representative of the hotel and deserves special recognition for his exceptional service.
