Wir waren wunschlos glücklich und kommen bestimmt wieder. Der Schwimmteich und der Wellnessbereich sind sehr zu empfehlen.
Das Hotel bietet eine familiäre Atmosphäre und ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind top. Wir hatten eines nach hinten mit Blick vom Balkon aus auf die umliegenden Berge. Der SPA-Bereich bietet für jeden etwas und riesige, aber gekonnt separierte Ruheräume laden zum Verweilen ein. Das Essen verdient ebenfalls 5 Sterne. Egal ob Frühstück oder Abendessen, welches in der Regel a la carte und mit genügend Salat vom Buffet angeboten wird. Besonders toll fanden wir die "gelebte Gastfreundschaft" bei Mariyana an der Rezeption. Wir bekamen Tipps für Ausflüge und hatten sehr wohlfühlende Gespräche ohne Hast (Diese Frau ist GOLD WERT. Bitte langfristig an das Hotel binden!). Diese entspannte Atmosphäre trägt sich insgesamt durch das gesamte Hotel. Wir waren im Juli 2026 für 5 Tage zu Gast und kommen sehr gern wieder. Mega schöne 5 Tage hier im Hotel verbracht. Schöne neue Zimmer, perfekte Halbpension, schöner Wellness Bereich mit Schwimmteich, tolles Personal, Fahrrad Bunker. Und dazu die kostenlose Kaprun Sommerkarte mit vielen Gratis Leistungen wie kostenlosen Bergbahn Fahrten. Wir sind jeden Tag geradelt. Einziges Manko sind die fehlenden Parkplätze. Die waren trotz Tiefgarage zu wenig 🥲. Getränke 🍺 sind auch leicht überteuert. Das Bier ist auf dem Kitzsteinhorn billiger. Aber trotzdem empfehlen wir das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiter.
