We received a warm welcome with refreshments on arrival, and our two-bedroom pool villa was beautiful, with thoughtful touches like turndown service each night. The team arranged cars for our daily itineraries without a hitch. Breakfast was another highlight with fresh juices and a great selection of food every morning. The pool and grounds were relaxing and beautiful. The most impressive part: I’d left a bag I’d just bought at the hotel in our airport transfer and had already written it off, but the hotel proactively emailed me and shipped it to our next destination without me even asking. That level of care says everything about this place. Highly recommend for families visiting Chiang Mai!
