I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is great and close to everything. Unfortunately, I left my phone in a rideshare car and didn't have a local phone number. Emma and Goslin at the front desk were incredibly helpful. They contacted the driver for me and helped me get my phone back. I really appreciated their kindness and assistance. Luxury begins as soon as you enter, the lobby is very impressive and they treat you like royalty. We love dining there too. Amazing cocktails as well.
What a beautiful hotel. The decor has a traditional Chinese vibe but elegant at the same time. It was nicely done. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. I appreciate that they let me borrow a yoga mat during our stay, makes it super convenient to stretch before we get the day started. I love having a double sink! The hotel staff, front desk and door staff were all very polite and friendly. The staff also helped me ship a package domestically. The buffet was a good selection, they had a standard buffet plus a la carte items that were made to order. Get there early to beat the rush! The location is very conveniently located to metro lines, malls and attractions.
